Idea: Last week's news

I want last week’s news, but only what I need to know, and only if it has proven to have relevance beyond the day it was published.

Has anyone jumped on this yet?! I would definitely subscribe to a news site like this, instead of systematically ignoring the 10k+ unread messages in my RSS reader.
